INDUSTRY 4.0
Our objective is Industry 4.0: an automatic process in the manufacturing sector, where renewal of the chain of value produces interconnecting internal and external corporate systems, up to the direct involvement of customers and suppliers.
REAL TIME INFORMATION
Our approach to Industry 4.0 includes a large portion of our attention dedicated to the customer. This is why we dedicated a reserved area to customers on our GeCo System (Order Management) to connect at any time to any PC/tablet/smart-phone for real time information on the state of progress for confirmed orders with a scheduled delivery date.
Upon conclusion of works, we send the customer a link to all the photographic documentation of the working phases.
CORPORATE INTERCONNECTIONS 4.0

PRODUCT-MACHINE
from the raw material to the finished product, the entire process is controlled through interconnection with the processing machine, to define necessary materials, quantities and quality of finished products and management of the working process.

MACHINE-MACHINE
all Industry 4.0 machines are connected to one another, to manage work flows from instrument to instrument. This minimizes time for standby and internal movements of goods.

MACHINE-FACTORY
all areas of the company are interconnected to one another to manage availability of raw materials, prepare finished products for sale, handle bureaucratic processes for the work flow and obtain important feedback analysis.

FACTORY-EXTERNAL
Industry 4.0 automatism means that a company can be connected with the external world, including customers and suppliers, through the most common connection systems. Involvement of the customer constitutes fundamental feedback for us.
