LEAN MANUFACTURING
Our operating approach is based on Lean Thinking. This is a new way of thinking about the whole company, focused on minimizing waste and creating excellent, rapid, standardized processes at a lower cost. Therefore, all the raw materials, from paints to granules to consumable materials, are managed using the Kanban method, to render the entire working process more efficient. .
The central position of the customer is the basis for the lean thinking philosophy: research and reduction of waste through assigning responsibilities to all human resources involved to create added value in a continuous improvement process, aimed at total customer satisfaction.

METHODOLOGY LEAN
5S METHODOLOGY
To reach total Lean Production at the conclusion of our Lean transformation process, we apply the 5S lean methodology:
Sort - Select and Separate
eliminate any tools or instruments from the work bench that are not necessary for performing the task at hand
Set in order
arrange the objects in way that makes them easy to identify, use and organize
Shine - Check order and cleanliness
make certain that floors and machines are clean, just like in the entire company
Standardize - Standardize and improve
maintain order and cleanliness and try to improve by continuously repeating the phases: Seiri, Seiton, Seison
Sustain - Sustain over time
make application of correct procedures a habit to be maintained over time
JUST IN TIME
Another important applied lean methodology is called "Just in Time". This corporate philosophy requires producing only what has been sold or what is expected to be sold over the short term. It is a management policy applied to stock that optimizes all productive phases to lighten raw materials and semi-processed materials necessary for production kept in stock.
This reduces costs for storage, management, loading and unloading the warehouse, and therefore production in general.
